Lead & Shipping Times

Do you offer measuring service?

Yes, if you live in the Auckland region, you can book a free measure here and take the stress out of measuring. We bring our samples with us and are happy to answer any questions you might have.

It takes us up to five working days to manufacture custom roller blinds and seven working days to make made-to-measure venetian blinds.

Roller Blinds: 5 working days

Venetian Blinds: 7 working days

Honeycomb Blinds: 15–20 days

If you’re on a tight schedule, our Express service ensures faster manufacturing times:

Roller Blinds: Manufactured in 3 days, dispatched on the 4th day

Venetian Blinds: Manufactured in 5 days, dispatched on the 6th da

This service is available for an additional fee of $50 per order. Please note, express processing applies to orders with up to 10 blinds. For more details, visit our Express Service page.

Once you place your order, it typically takes a few days for production. After that, shipping usually takes a few more days, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We also offer free shipping on orders over $499.

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

If your blinds arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team right away. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update your address before the order is shipped.

If you’re not home, the delivery service will leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange for a re-delivery or where you can pick up your package.

Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for your delivery.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Once shipped, you can track your order and plan for its arrival.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of our made-to-measure blinds, we do not accept returns.

Order cancellations may be possible within a short window after placing the order. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss your options.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will correct the error and send you the correct blinds.

We recommend double-checking your measurements before placing an order. If you realise there was an error, please contact us immediately to see if changes can be made before production begins.

How do I measure my windows for made-to-measure blinds?

We provide detailed measuring guides on our website to help you measure your windows accurately. Our guides include step-by-step instructions and illustrations to make the process easy.

You’ll need a metal tape measure, a pencil, and a piece of paper to jot down your measurements. For the best accuracy, use a metal tape measure instead of a fabric one.

While we don’t offer in-home measuring services, our customer service team is always here to help. You can contact us with any questions or concerns about measuring your windows.

Each order comes with easy-to-follow installation instructions. Additionally, you can find installation videos on our website to guide you through the process step-by-step.
